4.3 Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by course type and timing:

• Full refund: Cancellation 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund: Cancellation 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund: Cancellation less than 7 days before course start date
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CPMS or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

11. Certification and Accreditation

11.1 Course Completion

Certificates of completion are awarded based on meeting specified course requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessment completion.

11.2 Third-Party Certifications

For certifications administered by third parties (such as PMI), you must meet the requirements set by those organizations. CPMS provides preparation but does not guarantee certification success.

11.3 Continuing Education

Professional Development Units (PDUs) and continuing education credits are subject to approval by relevant professional bodies. We provide documentation to support your applications but cannot guarantee acceptance.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
